| 内容記述 | テッポウユリ(Lilium longiflorum Thunb.)およびダリア(Dahlia variabilis Desf.)の未発育のえき芽をつけた1節切片を無菌培養し, カイネチンおよびNAAがえき芽の出葉形態に及ぼす影響を検討したところ以下のような結果を得た。カイネチンは, テッポウユリではえき芽の茎の伸長および抽台時にみられる普通葉の分化を, ダリアでは茎の伸長および複葉の分化をそれぞれ促進した。また, NAAはテッポウユリではりん片葉を, ダリアでは単葉の分化を促した。テッポウユリおよびダリアのいずれの場合も, カイネチンは齢(Age)の進んだ発育段階に認められる葉の分化を, NAAは齢の若い段階に認められる葉の分化を促した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Effects of kinetin and/or NAA on the leaf shape of Easter lily (Lilium longiflorum Thunb.) and dahlia (Dahlia variabilis Desf.) were studied in sterile culture. A stem segment comprising one node with an undeveloped axillary bud was excised and cultured sterilely on the medium containing kinetin and/or NAA. Kinetin promoted the stem elongation of the axillary bud and the development of the foliage leaf in Easter lily, while in dahlia it did the development of the compound leaf. While only the foliage scale was initiated in Easter lily, in dahlia the emergence of the compound leaf was delayed by adding NAA to the medium. In both Easter lily and dahlia, kinetin accelerated the emergence of the leaf in the old developmental stage in contrast to NAA which did the emergence of the leaf in the young developmental stage. | |||||
