| 内容記述 | トマト品種大型福寿を用いて, 気温および培養液温度が水耕栽培におけるトマト苗の生育におよぼす影響を調べた。気温は15,20,25,30℃を, 液温は15,20,25℃を設定した。生育におよぼす気温の影響は液温の影響よりも大きく, 気温が低い場合に液温の影響が顕著に認められた。茎の直径, 葉数対草丈の比, 地上部対根の重量および長さの比などの外観より判断した場合, 気温, 液温ともに15℃を中心とした組合せにより, 草丈に比し太さ, 重さ, 根量の充実したがっちりした苗が得られた。しかし, 草丈, 生体重, 葉数などの生育速度や, 乾物含有率, 無機成分含有率などの内的要因より判断した場合, 気温, 液温ともに25℃を中心とした組合せが苗の生育を促進した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Effects of air-and nutrient solution-temperatures on growth of tomato seedlings were studied of water-cultured "Ohgata-Fukujyu" tomatoes. Temperatures tested were; for air 15,20,25 and 30℃, and for nutrient solution 15,20 and 25℃ in all possible combinations. The degree at which the early growth of water-cultured tomatoes were dependent on air-temperature was greater than that on nutrient solution-temperature. When judged by the characters related to the plant appearance such as stem diameter, leaf number to plant height ratio and top to root ratio in fresh weight basis, combinations of air- and nutrient solution-temperatures in the vicinity of 15℃ resulted in seedlings of short internodes and stout appearance suggestive of a high yield. When judged by the growth speed as expressed by plant height, plant fresh weight and leaf number, or by internal factors such as dry matter content and mineral composition, however, combinations of temperatures in the vicinity of 25℃ promoted seedling growth. | |||||
