| 内容記述 | Rapid Analyses of free amino acids in green tea extract were carried out by high performance liquid chromatography. The amino acids were derived to dansyl amino acids, and the derivatives were separated on a single column, LiChrosorb RP-18 10μ, 4.6×250mm, in about 32min, using a linear gradient of acetonitrile. In these analyses, theanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glutamine, arginine and serine were quantitatively determined. A corelation between the content of theanine and the organoleptic quality, total points, of Gyokuro was observed. | |||||
