| 内容記述 | 市販の標準プルランを用いて測定したモデル的なGPCクロマトグラムに対してHamielec法を適用し, クロマトグラムの広幅化の補正を行なった。補正後のクロマトグラムから算出した平均分子量および分子量分布を表わすパラメータ(M_w/M_n)が, 絶対測定法による測定値にかなり近づくことがわかった。また, いくつかの標準プルランを混合した試料を用いて測定したクロマトグラムでは, クロマトグラムの広幅化を補正することによって, 混合前の各標準試料に対応する位置に鋭いピークが現われた。以上のことから, Hamielecに支によって得られる補正クロマトグラムは, 測定試料の真の分子量分布をよく反映していると考えられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To examine the utility of Hamielec correction method for instrumental spreading in GPC, we applied the correction method to some model chromatograms using pullulan standard samples. It was found that the mean molecular weights calculated from the corrected chromatograms became close to measured values by the other method. The corrected chromatograms obtained for mixtures of several standard samples became to show sharp peaks at positions corresponding to the peaks for the original samples. Therefore, it was concluded that the corrected chromatograms can well reflect true molecular weight distributions. | |||||
