| 内容記述 | 前報に引き続いて, 粗飼料の栄養成分を分析しその価値を知ろうとする場合, 一般分析法とVan Soest法の二者間にどのような得失があるかを採取時期の異る材料で調製されたサイレージにて検討した。材料はエンバクおよびイタリアン・ライグラスを用いた。前回の乾草で比較した試験においては一般分析法の粗繊維とVan Soest法のNDFおよびADFの間に有意な高い相関がみとめられたが, サイレージにした場合には, エンバクで粗繊維とADF間に, イタリアン・ライグラスで粗繊維とNDF間のみにみとめられただけであった。その結果サイレージにした場合には粗繊維からADFおよびNDFの値を推定することは, 困難であると思われた。またサイレージ調製中に起る成分とくに繊維質の変化を知る上にVan Soest法は一般分析法に比較して優れた方法であると考えられた。しかし各成分のエネルギー的な価値を知るためには現時点では一般分析法の方が優れており, 今後Van Soest法にエネルギー的な配慮を加えねばならないだろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | An experiment was conducted to compare the Van Soest method to the ordinary method in analysis of roughage. Soiling oat and Italian ryegrass silages which had been ensiled at different stages of growth were used. The Van Soest method was superior to the ordinary method in estimation nutritional availability and nutritional changes of silages especially in the fiber fraction. Although significantly high correlations between the crude fiber and NFE and crude fiber and ADF were recognized in the previous experiment with the hay only two cases crude fiber and ADF in soiling oat and crude fiber and NFE in Italian ryegrass were significantly related in the present experiment with silages. | |||||
