The differences between them in habitat and life cycle were determined from the occurrence and photoperiodic reaction for bisexual form production. The possibility of interspecific hybridization was also examined. In the surveys conducted in Kyoto, Kagoshima and Okinawa Prefectures in 1984 - 2003 A. nipponicum was found at 40 occasions in different place and time, and A. esakii was found at 13 occasions. Aulacorthum nipponicum and A. esakii sometimes cooccurred on the same plant, even on the same leaf. Aulacorthum nipponicum was not different much from A. esakii in preference for plant part or leaf phenological stage. On Okinawa Island A. nipponicum and A. esakii passed through an anholocycle on the evergreen P. scandens var. maritima. The clones of A. nipponicum examined from Kyoto had a holocyclic form and those of A. esakii had an intermediate life cycle form. Aulacorthum nipponicum certainly passed through a holocycle in Kyoto. Aulacorthum esakii could not overwinter anholocyclically on the deciduous P. scandens var. mairei in Kyoto. It might pass through a holocycle although its life cycle was not synchronized well with the phenology of the host plant. Aulacorthum nipponicum and A. esakii could not interbreed.}, pages = {9--16}, title = {ヘクソカズラに特異的に寄生するヘクソカズラアカアブラムシとヘクソカズラクロアブラムシ(半翅目: アブラムシ科)の発生状況,両性型産出の光周反応および交配}, year = {2019}, yomi = {タカダ, ハジム} }
