| 内容記述 | 1. 本報告はPhytophthora capsici LEONIAN菌游走子嚢の発芽の2型に及ぼす蔗糖及び葡萄糖の影響について行つた実験結果と, 游走子嚢の原形質分離現象についての観察結果を述べた。2. 間接発芽は蔗糖の濃度0.1モル以下の稀薄な溶液中において良好であり, この結果は葡萄糖の場合でもほゞ同様であつた。又, 何れの糖においても濃度0.25モルでは間接発芽が顕著に減少し, 0.5モルでは全然発芽が認められなかつた。これ等に対して直接発芽は, 何れの場合も糖の濃度による影響の差はあまり認められなかつた。3. 馬鈴薯煎汁液及びそれに蔗糖を添加したものでは, 間接発芽は顕著に減少したが, 直接発芽は殆んど影響せられることがなく, 少しく促進せられるように思われたが, しかし直接発芽は20%を越ゆるものは極めて稀であつた。4. 間接発芽における游走子迸出可能の蔗糖限界濃度は, 0.31モルの附近にある。5. 蔗糖の濃度0.30モル及び0.31モルの溶液中で迸出した游走子の多くは, 著しい畸形を呈すると共に, その運動は非常に不活溌であり, 鞭毛を附したまゝ静止するものが多かつた。畸形の著しいものは多くがそのまゝの形で静止し, 又発芽するものがなかつた。6. 蔗糖及び葡萄糖の濃度0.25モル附近から, 0.4モル附近にかけて, 游走子嚢内で游走子の分化がおこり, 游走子が迸出しないまゝに被嚢するものがみられた。これ等の現象は何れも游走子嚢の滲透圧に関係があるものと思われる。7. 蔗糖の濃度0.32モル或はそれより僅かに高い濃度附近を限界として游走子嚢の原形質分離がおこる。8. 直接発芽は游走子嚢が原形質分離をおこすような溶液中でも行われる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 1. The present paper deals with the results of experiments on the influence of sucrose and glucose concentrations upon indirect and direct sporangial germinations and on the plasmolysis of sporangia of Phytophthora capsici LEONIAN. 2. Normal indirect germination of sporangia occurred in sucrose and glucose solutions of 0.01,0.05,and 0.1 mol concentrations. At a higher 0.25 mol concentration the germination was somewhat less, and at 0.5 mol concentration no germination occurred. 3. On the direct germination, however, the concentrations of sucrose and glucose had but little influence. 4. Indirect germination of sporangia decreased remarkably in potato decoction and various sucrose concentrations containing potato decoctions. On the contrary, direct germination was somewhat promoted by the above decoctions, but the percentage of direct germination was not over 20.3%. 5. The limiting sucrose concentration for the spouting of the zoospore from papilla in the indirect germination was at between 0.30 and 0.31 mol concentration. 6. A few zoospores spouted from the papilla in 0.3 mol sucrose solution, showed conspicuous malformation as in Fig. 2,C, 2,and were inactive in the solution despite their two flagella. The malformed zoospores cysted mostly with two flagella and were not able to complete germination. 7. Differentiation of zoospores in some sporangia was observed in sucrose and glucose solutions between 0.25 and 0.4 mol concentration, but none of the sporangia was able to spout them from the papilla in the tested solutions. 8. Plasmolysis of the sporangia was observed in the sucrose solutions of 0.32 mol or higher concentration. 9. Direct germinations of sporangia were observed even when the concentration of sucrose and glucose were so high as to cause their plasmolysis. | |||||||||||||
