Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1. トウガラシの授粉, 採種に関する基礎研究として開花現象の観察と花粉発芽試験を行い, とくに温度との関係を検討した。2. トウガラシの開花は時期によつてかなり相違し, 6月初には午前6∿10時に多いが8月初の高温期には4∿8時に早まつた。開葯時刻は6月初には8∿12時に多いが8月初では8時までにほとんど開葯した。品種間にも差がみられ, とくにTabascoは他の品種に比較して開葯時刻がおそく, 8月初にも10∿12時に開葯した。3. トウガラシの花粉の発芽は10℃附近から始まり, 25∿30℃が最適温度で, 30℃を超える高温では, 花粉の発芽, 花粉管の伸長とも急激に阻害された。しかしTabascoのみは高温によく適応して35℃においてもかなりよく発芽し, 開葯時刻との関連がうかゞわれた。また在来品種は洋系品種に比較して花粉発芽の温度に対する適応性がやゝ大きい様であつた。4. 開葯後の花粉発芽力は高温下では急速に失われるが, 20℃に保存した場合は2昼夜後にも相当発芽し, 4昼夜後にも僅かながら発芽力を示した。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1) As the fundamental research of the pollination in pepper, the observation on the flowering and the pollen germination were carried out, especially on their relations to the influence of temperature. 2) Observation of the flowering was carried out in the field as usual. For the pollen germination, the medium with 10% sucrose and 1.5% agar was used. The pH of medium was adjusted to 6.0. 3) Time of the flowering and dehiscence of the anther changed considerably with season. Flowering was observed between 6 A. M. and 10 A. M. in early June, and between 4 A. M. and 8 A. M. in early August. Dehiscence of the anther was observed between 8 A. M. and 12 A. M. in early June, and the most flowers dehised before 8 A. M. in early August. However, there were appreciable differences among varieties, for example, the anther of Tabasco var. was dehised at between 10 A. M. and 12 A. M. even in early August. 4) Generally speaking. the minimum temperature for the germination of pepper is about 10℃, optimum 25-30℃, and germination capacity and pollen tube growth are significantly decreased at temperature higher than 30℃. Nevertheless, pollen of Tabasco resisted to high temperature and germinated fairly well even at 35℃ in contrast to other varieties. It appears that there is a close relation between the time of dehiscence of the anther and the temperature of pollen germination.
