Phytophthora capsici LEON.菌の游走子嚢の発芽は, 游走子による間接発芽と発芽管による直接発芽との2型がある。2. 游走子嚢の間接発芽は水を得てから25℃で4∿8分にして始り, 20°∿21℃で15分後に1.4%の発芽が認められた。そして間接発芽はほゞ45分余で大部分が完了するのに対し, 直接発芽は20°∿21℃でも28℃でも約1時間半後から始まつた。3. 游走子嚢は水がなければ発芽することは出来ないが, 直接発芽は関係空気湿度100%に20時間おかれたものに1.8%認められた。4. 游走子嚢は茄子, 蕃茄, 胡瓜, 玉葱, 梨, 柿, 枇杷の搾汁原液中で間接発芽がおこらないが, 直接発芽は玉葱を除く他の何れでも認められた。5. 蕃茄果実汁液の100倍液はpH5.4であつたが, 游走子嚢が開口せずに游走子が殻内で被嚢するものが多く, しかも被嚢胞子が発芽して游走子嚢の殻壁を貫通するものがあつた。6. これと同じ現象が蒸溜水にN/10HClを加えて調整したpH5.0と5.6との間の酸性溶液の中で起つから, 間接発芽は酸性溶液に対して著しく敏感であり, pH4.8以下の酸性溶液では間接発芽は阻害せられた。なお塩基性の側における間接発芽はpH11.0∿11.2でもなお17.1%認められた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. Phytophthora capsici LEON. germinated in two ways : either indirectry by formation of zoospores, or directry by means of germ tubes. 2. In no case was the indirect germination observed in saturated atmospheres unless the sporangia were in free water. On the other hand the direct germination was observed 1.8% in the relative humidity 100% after 20 hours. 3. At 25℃ indirect germination had started within 4∿8 minutes. At 20°∿21℃ indirect germination showed 1.4% after 15 minutes, but likewise was completed the indirect germination in about 1 hour. 4. The indirect germination was not observed in the juice of egg-plant, tomato, cucumber, onion, pear, Japanese persimmon, and loquat, but the direct germination occured in their juice except onion. 5. It was very interest results that some of the sporangia could neither open the papilla nor discharge the zoospores in 1 per cent dilute tomato juice of pH5.4,while the zoospores staying inside of sporangium germinated presently with germ-tubes penetrating the wall of sporangium in that dilute juice. 6. The similar interesting appearances occured in the distilled water adjusted hydrogen-ion concentrations between 5.0 and 5.6. The indirect germination was influenced by relatively low hydrogen-ion, while the limiting point seemed to lie between pH5.0 and 4.8. 7. The direct germination observed in many cases without particular appearances. | |||||
