| 内容記述 | 桃の花粉の発芽床上に於ける発芽能力を検し, 更に貯蔵に際しての発芽力保有期間を調査した。1) 花粉量の多少, 開花当日の発芽力には品種によつて差異がある。2) 常温, 密封, 暗所貯蔵では15日間が限度であり, この期間内では実用的価値のある発芽能力を保有している。3) 0∿2℃の低温, 密封, 暗所貯蔵では40日間まで実用的価値のある発芽能力を保有し, その後急激に能力は低下して, 限界は60日間である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Germination ability of pollen of some varieties of peaches and the longevities of pollen vitality under the storage were observed. The results obtained as follow : 1) The volume of pollen and their germination ability of flowering time were different by the varieties. 2) The germination power of pollen under the condition of the room temperature, sealed tightly, and in the dark dlace were maintained within the period of 15 days. 3) The germination % and the pollen tube growth under the condition of 0∿2℃, sealed tightly, and in the dark place maintained within the period of 1∿30 or 1∿40 days in the pracitical utility, but were reduced severly after this period and their vitality completely disappeared in 60 days. | |||||
