| 内容記述 | 麦条葉潜蠅加害に対する麦類品種間差異を調査し, 其の原因解析に当つて2・3の実験を行つた結果は以下の如くであつた。1. 産卵数の多少は成虫の寄主選択性によるものでなく, 品種間の繁茂様相と密接な相関々係を有する。即ち, 繁茂指数の大きい品種程産卵数が多くなる傾向が有る。2. 産卵数は早生種に於て多く, 晩生種に於て少い。3.葉色・葉質の硬軟は産卵数の多少に影響しない。4. 幼虫の死亡率は粗蛋白質を多く含む品種に於て低い。従つて粗蛋白含量の少い品種は本害虫に対して抵抗性が強いものと言える。5. 死虫率と繁茂指数との関係は明瞭でない。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The experiments concerning the differences among the varieties of the barley and wheat to the damage of the corn-linear leaf-miner, Phytomyza nigra MEIGEN, were carried out from 1952 to 1954. As the host-plants to investigate, fourteen varieties of the barley and two varieties of the wheat were used and they were planted in a corn-field of the Saikyo University. The results may be summarized as follows : 1. The differences of number of eggs deposited on the different varieties have been correlated with the differences of the growth vigor or habits in each variety, that is, the eggs have been more laid on the varieties those show heigher index-number of luxuriance than those show the lower (coefficient of correlation : +0.83 in 1953,+0.67 in 1954). In the other aspect, the flies have been more laid on the early maturing varieties than on the late maturing verieties. 2. The leaf color, hardness and softness of the leaf tissue have been no effected upon the oviposition of the fly. 3. The mortality of the larvae was lower in the varieties which contain larger amount of the crude protein, so that the varieties which contain less amount of the crude protein in the leaves may be show higher resistance for the damage of this mining fly. | |||||
