| 内容記述 | We isolated lactoperoxidase from cow's winter milk by means of fractionation with ammonium sulphate, sodium tetraborate and aceton, and adsorption method with tricalciumphosphate. Then we obtained the highly active lactoperoxidase preparation which had the activity of I.N.=2250. | |||||
