| 内容記述 | (1) Peroxidase-Activityの既知測定法を吟味したのち, KJ., Ascorbic acidを用うる方法を新に採用して, 殊にLactoperoxidaseの活力測定に最適な定量法を実験によつて決定した。(2) 新にIodine Unitを設定してP. U., P. N., G. U., G. N.との対比を各種Peroxidaseについて実験的に求めたが, Lactoperoxidaseについての値は次の如くであつた。1 Peroxidase Unit (P. U.)=200 I. U.=10 G. U. 1 Purpurogallin Number (P. N.)=0.2 I. N.=0.01 G. N. (3) 本定量法によつてPhyto-, Zoc-peroxidaseの活力を測定し, 併せて各種酵素の基質に対する特異性について論じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | (1) As the results of investigations about the known estimation methods of peroxidase-activity, we newly adopted KJ-Ascorbic acid method, and then determined especially the best condition of estimation of lactoperoxidase by experiments. (2) We defined Iodine Units (I. U.) as a unit of the peroxidase activity that produced 1cc of N/25 I_2 solution (5.076mg of I_2) for 20 seconds from 10 to 30 seconds after the enzyme reaction started on, and Iodine Number (I. N.) as a unit of its specific activity that accorded with the peroxidase activity (by I. U.) of lmg of peroxidase preparation. The comparisons to the Willstatter's and Bansi's Unit are as fellows : 1 Peroxidase Unit (P. U.)=200 I. U.=10 G. U. 1 Purpurogallin Number (P. N.)=0.2 I. N.=0.01 G. N. (3) We estimated the peroxidase-activities in the various phyto-and zoo-peroxidases and discussed the specificity for substrates of the various kinds of peroxidases. | |||||
