| 内容記述 | 堆肥による大麦の増收率を, 化学肥料の普通量(標準), 5割減, 5割増の三つの場合につき試驗したもので, 其の成果は概ね次の如くであつた。1) 稈長には堆肥増量の効果ほとんど現われないが, 茎数に対しては, 標準及5割増の両区に於いてそれがやや明瞭に認められた。出穂期については, 有堆肥区間には殆んど差を認めないが, 有堆肥区は無堆肥区より2-3日遅延した。2) 堆肥増量の影響は一般に稈重において子実重におけるよりも大きく現われる。又各堆肥量間の子実量差は, 概して, 化学肥料の量に比例するを認めた。3) 堆肥の子実増收率は, 本試驗においては, 100貫に対し1割未満の極めて緩慢な上昇ぶりであつた。4) 子実一升重は, 堆肥増量に伴い僅かながら減少した。5) 堆肥の増收率は化学肥料よりも遙かに低い。從つて同一量の子実を生産するには或程度以上は, 堆肥よりも化学肥料の方が有利であろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This experiment was made to examine the yielding efficiency of farmmanure in connection with fertilizer for barley. [table] The results were as follows : 1. By adding more farmmanure, stem did not show any effect in length, but we could see it a little in-creasing the number, both in +50% block of fertilizer and in the standard. 2. Increasing quantity of farmmanure brought little difference in headding period between manured plots; on the contrary, the writer found 2∿3 days differed in the two plots : no manure and manure. 3. Stem weight showed more effect in adding farmmanure than in grain weight. Grain amount increased properly at each manured plots in proportion to the quantity of fertilizer. 4. In this experiment, the yielding efficiency of farmmanure was very slight, that is, the increase rate of grain was less than 10% per 100 kan (a Japanese weight unit). 5. The grain weight per one sho (a Japanese measure unit) descended slightly in proportion to quantity of farmmanure. 6. Farmmanure was less efficient than fertilizer in yielding. So it may safely be said that to give farmmanure must be limited to a certain extent and to use fertilizer is more economical beyond this. | |||||
