| 内容記述 | 食品中の遊離または水不溶性物の塩酸加水分解物中の還元糖分析をMCI GEL CA08Sによるアニオン交換高速液体クロマトグラフィーにより行った。還元糖の検出法としては比較的感度のよいかつ簡便な2-シアノアセトアミド紫外部吸収法によった。単糖と2糖の分離のために0.2Mと0.5Mホウ酸バッファーによるステップワイズ溶出法を行った。1分析あたり45分間の迅速な還元糖分析のために0.5Mホウ酸バッファー, pH 8.7のイソクラティック溶出をも行った。各種食品中の構成糖の溶出パターンを数種, 記載した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Analyses of free, reducing sugars and the sugars in HCl-hydrolysates of water-insoluble substance in several foods were carried out by anion-exchange (MCI GE1 CA08S) high performance liquid chromatography. For a sensitive and convenient detection of reducing sugars, 2-cyanoacetamide was used as a post-column labeling reagent. Successful separation of mono- and di-saccharides was achieved by a stepwise elution of 0.2M and 0.5M borate buffers. For a rapid analysis of reducing sugars, an isocratic elution system of 0.5M borate, pH 8.7,with an analysis time of 45min a sample, was carried out. Several chromatographic patters of sugars in some foods were shown. | |||||
