| 内容記述 | A micro-beam was produced by the simple slit system. The diameter of the microbeam was measured with scanning beam technique and was evaluated to be 70μm. The targets were not broken down up to the beam intensity of 100nA/mm^2,that is, ten times larger than ordinary PIXE and RBS experiments. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
