| 内容記述 | In an attempt to clarify the changes in blood properties of the spleen in adrenalin intramuscular injection were studied in pentobarbital-anesthetized dogs. The findings may be summarized as follows; The spleen was found to have the function of storing the blood in a concentrated state and of releasing it into the circulatory system in emergency state. The properties of spleen blood was increased erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration and 50% hemolysis. | |||||
