Natural science and living science}, month = {Nov}, note = {Analyses of free, reducing sugars in kiwifruit were carried out by anion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gel-permeation HPLC. 2-Cyano acetamide was used as a post-column labeling reagent for a sensitive detection of sugars. Successful separation of sugars and unknown reducing sugars was achieved by the anion-exchange (Diaion CA08S)-boric acid chromatographic method.
