| 内容記述 | It is known that the organim is capable of maintaining his homostasis when he is exposed to various kind of stress. In an attempt to clarify the changes in blood flow and properties of the spleen in adrenalin intramuscular injection were studied in pentobarbital-anesthetized dogs and the followings were found. The spleen was found to have the function of storing the blood in a concentrated state and release it into circulation in emergency state. Further, some chemical hemolytic substances were suggested to be released which facilitates the tissue utilization of erythrocyte constitutent. The properties of the spleen blood was increased erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, 50% hemotysis and lysolecithin but the free cholesterol was decreased. | |||||||||||||
