Natural science and living science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"培養したササゲ(Vigna sinensis Endl.)カルスの生長はオーキシン, サイトカイニンおよびニコチン酸によって促進される。2,4,5-T, 2,4-DおよびNAAのような活性の強いオーキシンは低濃度(0.1または1μM)で細胞増殖を強く促進するが, 同時に発根を抑制する。高濃度(22.1μM)の2,4-Dではくずれやすい組織を生じるが, 組織は吸水して膨潤した遊離細胞で構成されている。カイネチンの添加は細胞の膨潤や遊離を抑制する。1∿40μMのカイネチンは細胞の分化を誘起し, 木部要素に分化した細胞を生じる。10μM以上では発根を抑制し, 40μMのカイネチンは, 2,4-Dの濃度が低いと木部要素の形成をも抑制する。このように, 細胞や器官の分化はオーキシンとサイトカイニンの濃度によって調節されている。ニコチン酸は細胞の性状や分化にはまったく影響せずに, 細胞の増殖のみを促進する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The growth of Vigna sinensis callus was promoted synergistically by auxin, cytokinin and nicotinic acid. Strong auxins such as 2,4,5-T (2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid), 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) and NAA (α-naphthaleneacetic acid) at low concentration (1 or 0.1μM) stimulated cell proliferation, but inhibited root formation. High concentration (22.1μM) of 2,4-D caused watery friable callus composed of free round vacuolated and undifferentiated cells. On the other hand, an addition of kinetin decreased free cell formation and gave compact tissue. High level (10 and 40μM) of kinetin induced cell differentiation to tracheal element, but 40μM kinetin rather inhibited formation of tracheal element in the case of low level (0 or 0.0221μM) of 2,4-D. Thus, relative amounts of auxins and cytokinins determined cell characteristics and differentiation.
