内容記述 | In previous papers, the damages of most available fibers were clarified on the disordering phenomena of surface structure and lowering of extensibility by molds. In present report, acetates which are slightly damageable by molds, were tested on the disordering with cellulase of Aspergillus niger for further research of the mechanism into this problem. Five acetates shown various degree of acetylation and chrystallinity were selected for this experiment and cellulose I was carried out in control test. On the other hand, HCl or butylacetate were used in control agents of the treatment. The disordering of surface structure was observed with scanning electron microscopy and reduction of the total weight and intrinsic viscosity, [η], were determined simultaneously. As the results, the β-1,4 glucosidic bond of acetate was easily hydrolysed in acidic condition of pH 3.5. On the diacetate, the disordering effect was similar to that of cellulose I. It was suggested that the disordering of low acetylated acetate was influenced by the chrystallinity more than acetylation degree. On the other hand, the triacetate which had high degere of acetylation and chrystallinity, were slightly disordered and this damaging effect was similar to that of treatment with HCl or butylacetate. | |||||||||||||
