| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is intended to provent sport's injuries by contributing to safety knowiedge and thus to promote the development of sports for hemodynamic mechanism in human body. In this paper we describe an experimental study of adrenalin shock for the view point of the systemic circulation. The findings may be summerised as follows; The marked circulatory disturbance of shock is due to the fall of the circulatory function provoked by reflective fluctuations of the blood distribution in the body and the gathering of blood to a certain site of the body caused by the application of external force. This was the main cause of low blood pressure and the circulatory disturbance of the blood. This shock means not only severe congestion in the abdominal cavity but also the passing of the fluid of the congested blood through the vascular wall and its gathering in the tissue spaces of the body. This fluctuation reduces the amount of blood returning to the heart and flowing from the heart. As a result of this circulatory impairment, secondary cardiac disturbance occur and man may die. | |||||
