Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"トマトをリン欠如培養液で15日間水耕栽培した後, 園試処方50%濃度液を基本とした完全培養液に移し, リンの昼間及び夜間吸収量を測定した。リン濃度2me/lの園試処方50%濃度液に移した場合, それまでリン濃度2me/lの園試処方50%濃度液で栽培されてきたものに比べリン吸収の増加が顕著に認められた。その増加の程度は, 昼間より夜間で大きく, リンの夜間吸収率が高くなった。一方, リン濃度8me/lに変更した園試処方50%濃度液に移した場合, リン吸収量は増加したが, 夜間吸収の増加程度はリン濃度2me/lの園試処方50%濃度液の場合に比べて小さく, リン夜間吸収率はそれまで園処方50%濃度液で栽培されてきたものと差がなかった。硝酸態窒素, カリウム, カルシウムをそれぞれ欠如させた培養液でトマトを一定期間水耕栽培した後, 園試処方50%濃度液に移し昼夜間の養水分吸収量を測定し, リン以外の養分の吸収がリンの昼夜間吸収に対していかなる影響を及ぼすか調査した。完全培養液である園試処方50%濃度液に移された後の欠如された養分の吸収増加は, 硝酸態窒素において顕著であり, その結果としてリン吸収が抑制された。その影響は夜間において大きかった。カリウム, カルシウム欠如培養液で栽培された場合, 完全培養液に移された後のリン吸収は抑制されなかった。リンの夜間吸収率にも大きな変化はなかった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Phosphate uptake from Enshishoho solution, the complete culture solution, by tomato plants cultured in P -free culture solution for 15 days, was remarkably higher than P -sufficient plants, especially during the night. Increase in phosphate URN (ratio of the uptake rate during the night to that of the 24-hr day, expressed in percentage) was found in P -starved plants. P -starved plants later transfered to the solution high in phosphate concentration, however, did not show any increase in phosphate URN. Experimental results suggested that phosphate uptake is influenced not only by phospate nutritional status of the plants, but also by nutritional status of other elements. Phosphate uptake was inhibited greatly in NO_3 -N starved plants, which was particularly notable during the night. No influence of potassium nor calcium starvation was observed.
