Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"マメガキ(Diospyros lotus L.)の胚培養について, MS培地を用いて初代培養, 増殖及び発根段階での好適条件を検討した。その結果, 初代培養では, 標準MS培地の1∿3/2倍の窒素濃度(1∿3/2N)とショ糖2∿5%がシュートの生育に効果が認められた。その中で, 特にショ糖5%は根の生育に対しても優れた効果を示した。6-ベンジルアデシン(BA)及びα-ナフタレン酢酸(NAA)は主に根の生育に作用し, BA 0.5mg/lは根長及び根数の増加に有効であり, NAA 0.5∿1mg/lは根数を著しく増加させた。増殖段階では, 1/2Nを用いた場合に, シュート長ではBA2∿5mg/l及び2-イソペンチルアデニン(2iP) 5mg/lの添加効果が認められたが, シュート数ではBAの添加で効果が認められた。なお, NAAの添加効果は認められなかった。発根段階では, インドール酪酸(IBA) 500∿1000mg/l, ショ糖3∿7%, 暗処理6日間で高い効果が認められたが, 特に根数に関してはIBA1000mg/lが優れた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Dateplum (Diospyros lotus L.) was carried out to determine the appropriate medium condition on mature embryo culture. On the initial stage, 1∿3/2 nitrate strength of Murashige and Skoog's medium enhanced shoot growth. Sucrose concentration of 2∿5% promoted shoot growth and sucrose 5%, furthermore, stimulated root growth. 6-Benzylaminopurine (BA) and α-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) mainly influenced root growth. BA 0.5mg/l stimulated both root emergence and root elongation. NAA 0.5∿1mg/l promoted to increase number of root markedly. On the propagation stage, BA 2∿5mg/l or 2-isopentyladenine (2iP) 5mg/l enhanced shoot elongation and BA was more effective to increase number of shoot, but NAA had no effect. On the rooting stage, rooting and root growth were stimulated by IBA 500∿1000mg/l, sucrose 3∿7% and 6 days dark treatment.
