Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"モモの休眠枝ざしにおいて, 4つの異なる枝しょう, すなわち短果枝, 中果枝, 長果枝及び徒長枝よりさし穂を採取してさし木したところ, 発根率は各枝しょうの下部側より採取したさし穂で成績良好であったが, 枝しょう間には一定の傾向がみられず, さし木時のさし穂内炭水化物含量との間にも相関は認められなかった。一方, さし穂当たり根数やOverall rooting-value(発根率×根数の評点)は, 炭水化物のさし穂内絶対量と高い正相関があった。従って, さし穂内貯蔵炭水化物は, 不定根の分化, いわば発根能力を必ずしも直接制御するものでなく, 生長・発達にその絶対含量が関与するものとうかがわれた。このことから, さし穂採取に当たっては, 貯蔵炭水化物の多い長果枝の下部側より採取することが望ましいと思われた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"On the hardwood cuttings of wild peach, as a rootstocks, various types of cuttings were taken from different shoots and the position themselves which were classified four categories, short bearing shoot less than 40cm long, intermediate one 41-70cm long, vigorous one 71-100cm long, and water sprout more than 101cm long. Better rooting percentage was obtained on the cuttings taken from the lower part of each shoot, however, there were not a definite tendency among different shoots and a correlation between the rooting percentage and carbohydrate contents in each cuttings at planting. On the other hand, an average number of roots per rooted cutting and an \"overall rooting-value\" (rooting percentage×index of the rank based on a number of roots) significantly correlated with the absolute value of carbohydrate contents in cuttings. It is suggested that the carbohydrate reserves in cuttings do not always regulate root differentiation, namely rooting ability, but the absolute value of them contributes root development.
