| 内容記述 | Rhizopus delemar はその菌糸中のchitin含有量が培養中菌糸の増殖と共に徐々に増加する培養4∿7日頃より菌糸の総重量(乾燥重量)は減少しはじめ, それと共にchitin総量の増加率が低下する。V-8 juice を培養基として用いた場合, chitin 総量は対照に比し24倍にも増加した。Rhizopus delemar からは純粋な chitosan が分離出来たが Russula pseudodelica の子実体からの chitosan 分画は糖蛋白様物質の除去が困難であり, これらの事からchitinの存在状態の多様性がうかがえる。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The chitin content of developing mycerium of Rhizopus delemar was increased gradually and the total dry weight of the mycerium reached a maximum after one week of culture. A 24-fold increase in the total weight of chitin in the mycerium was achieved by using the V-8 juice culture medium. The pure chitosan was separated from the mycelium of Rhizopus delemar, not from the fruit body of Russula pseudodelica. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
