Immature seeds, 60 days after pollination were divided into the following six different types. A type (0-5mm. length), B type (5-7mm.), C type (7-10mm.), D type (10-15mm.), E type (15-20mm.) and F type (20-25mm.). Embryos isolated from immature seeds were about 23.6% of total seeds examined and such embryos came only from D type seeds. The heart-shaped embryos isolating from D type seeds, 60 days after pollination were cultured on MS medium containing various concentration of IAA and BA respectively.
