Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"鶏卵の卵殼強度と卵重, 卵殼重, 卵殼重比, 鶏卵長径, 鶏卵短径, 卵型係数および卵殼の厚さとの関係を調査する目的で本実験を行った。京都府立大学農学部附属農場で飼育されている同一鶏令の7鶏柄(ハイラインW-36,アイチラインG-700,キヤメロン924,デカルブ, ゴトーG360,ワーレンおよびシェーバースタークロス288)と鶏令の異る1銘柄(シェーバースタークロス288)の産卵鶏より得た産卵当日の鶏卵325個を用いて, 前述の諸形質を測定し, 卵殼強度との相関関係を調査した。卵殼の厚さは鶏卵の鋭端部が厚く, 逆に鈍端部が薄く中央部は平均的な厚さを示し, この3部位の厚さに0.1%水準で有意な差が認められ, 各銘柄の厚さにも1%水準で有意な差が認められた。卵重, 長径および短径においては, 鶏令と銘柄の間に有意な差が見られ, 卵殼強度, 卵殼重および卵殼重比の鶏令間に有意な差が認められた。また, 卵殼強度と卵殼の厚さの間にはr=0.495 (P<0.001), 卵殼強度と卵殼重との間にはr=0.249 (P<0.001), 卵殼強度と長径との間にはr=-0.242 (P<0.001), 卵殼強度と卵重との間にはr=-0.192 (P<0.01)のいづれも有意な相関が認められた。鶏卵の卵殼強度と特に関係のある卵殼の厚さに銘柄により差異が認められることは育種学的立場より改善の余地があることを示唆している。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the relationship between the shell strength and several characters in eggs. Three hundred and twenty-five fresh eggs laid by seven commercial cross-bred hens of the same age, reared in the poultry farm at the Faculty of Agriculture, Kyoto Prefecural University, were used. Of the seven commercial cross-breds, one commercial cross-breds, was tested among three different ages. Eggs were measured of weight, shell weight, shell strength, shell thickness, length and width. Egg shell weight percent (shell weight/egg weight×100) and shape index (width/length×100) was calculated from these measurements. The results obtained are summarized as follows. The shell thickness was significantly (p<0.001) thicker at the pointed end than at the round end and was significantly (p<0.01) different among the commercial cross-bred. The egg weight, the length and width of eggs were varied significantly among the commercial cross-bred and by the age of hens. The shell strength, the shell weight and the shell weight percent, however, significant differences were observed only by the age. Linear relationships were found between the egg strength (x) and each of other characters (y). The regression equation and correlation coefficient proved to be significant were as follows.
