Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Phytophthoraなどの病原菌が茎の地際部を侵害することによって起こるウリ類の立枯症状を防除するための試みとして, 殺菌剤を充填したポリウレタンチューブを地際部に巻きつけることを考えた。加熱融解したポリエチレングリコール(分子量3500∿3700)に, 水に溶かした殺菌剤を加え, 全体として90% リエチレングリコールの1ml当り2000ppmの殺菌剤を含むようにする。よく攪拌後, ポリウレタン円柱(直径35mm, 高さ45mm)を投入し, 強く圧して空気を追出し, 充分にポリエチレングリコールを含ませて, 引上げ, 固まらせる。1晩放置後, 表面をパラフィン(融点42℃)で被覆してから, コルクボーラー(口径10mm)で中心に穴をあけ, 側面を一個所縦断しておく。これをポリウレタンチューブ剤と称し, 防除しようとするウリの地際部の茎に巻きつける方法をとる。供試殺菌剤としては, 市販のもののうちから, 比較的疫病菌に効果の高かったヒドロキシキノリン銅剤, ダイホルタン剤およびトリクロルメチルチアジアゾール剤を用いた。鉢植えのプリンスメロンおよびユウガオ若苗に対して, 本剤を処置したところ, 薬害は認められず, かつ, P. capsiciを培養したキュウリ果実の粉砕物による接種を行なった防除効果試験において, ほぼ満足すべき効果を得ることができた。現在, さらにプリンスメロンとキュウリを用いて圃場試験を実施し, 防除効果を検討中である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"A protection method for Phytophthora wilting of Cucurbitaceae, that is to cover the basal portion of the stem, the most frequently infected part by the fungi, with a polyurethane tube filled with polyethylene glycol containing fungicide, is reported. A cylinder of polyurethane foam of 35mm in diameter and 45mm high was dipped in melted polyethylene glycol (m. w. 3500-3700), containing one of the three fungicides, Difolatan (1,1,2,2,tetrachloroethyl-thiocyclohexene-1,2,-dicarboximide), trichloromethyl-tiadiazol and cupric 8-hydroquinolate, at concentration of 2000ppm of active ingredient. After cooling at room temperature, they were coated with paraffin (m. p. 42℃). A hole of 10mm in diameter was cut axially on them with a sharp cork borer, and then they were cut open along the hight to effect the covering of the plant stems.
