Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PythiumあるいはPhytophthoraに起因する植物疾病にあっては, 鞭毛をもち活発なる遊泳を行なう遊走子が急激な伝播蔓延の主体をなすものであり, その制御はすなわちこれらの疾病の制御であると云っても過言ではない。この遊走子は原形質膜のみによって包まれた単細胞であることが特徴で, 原生動物と同様に, 収縮胞の働きによって膨圧によるバースト(細胞破裂)を回避していると考えられる。これに微量のある種の非イオン界面活性剤を作用させ, 原形質膜の張力を低下, もしくは破壊を起こすことによって, 急激なバーストが生起することを見いだし, この現象を実際の防除に適用することを考えた。20種ほどの非イオン界面活性剤について検討したかぎりでは, 概してポリエチレングリコールのアルキルエーテル型およびアルキルフェノールエーテル型のものに効果の高いものが多く, アルキルエステル型はやや劣り, ソルビタン型はほとんど効果が期待できないようであった。また, いずれの場合も被嚢胞子の発芽や小遊走子嚢の形成に対してはほとんど影響が認められぬことが多かった。アルキルエーテル型およびアルキルフェノールエーテル型ではとくにエチレンオキサイド数6∿10,HLBにして10∿13程度のものは12.5∿25μg/mlの低濃度で充分なバースト効果を示した。濃度の上昇につれてキュウリ実生根に対する薬害が強くあらわれる傾向にあり, 一応, 前者は12.5∿25,後者は25∿50μg/mlを薬害が回避できる有効濃度範囲とみられる。[chemical formula]を用いたキュウリ実生に対する防除試験では25∿50μで完全に発病を抑制して健全な生育を続けさせることができた。本剤の実用にはまだ解決すべき幾つかの問題点はあるが従来の殺菌剤の生化学的作用とは異なり, 作用は物理的で, しかも遊走子にのみ特異的に有効な, 新しいタイプの防除剤ということになり, また, 非イオン界面活性剤であることは, 他への影響が少なく, しかも, 安価でもあり, 大いに期待がもてそうで, 現在, 水耕, 礫耕栽培における予防的防除法としての適用を目的に研究を進めつつある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"When very small amount of certain nonionic surfactants was added to a suspension of zoospores of Phytophthora capsici, all the zoospores were observed to burst out violently, the possible reason for which being decrease or destruction of tension of the zoospore membrane basically composed by a plasma membrane. The present investigation was carried out in order to utilize this phenomenon in controlling diseases caused by zoospores of this fungus. Two of polyethylene glycol dodecyl ether, with HLB (hydrophile-lipophile balance) of 11 and 13,were very effective on bursting of zoospores at a low concentration of 12.5μg/ml. Polyethylene glycol nonilphenyl ethers, with HLB of 10.9,12.0 and 13.1 were effective at 25μg/ml. Tested surfactants with HLB over 13 or under 10 generally gave poor results. Moreover, two sorbitan-type surfactants, Tween-21 and -81 failed to show the desired effect. Cucumber seedlings grown in culture solution and inoculated with zoospores escaped invasion when added 25 to 50μg/ml of polyethylene glycol nonilphenyl ether, [chemical formula]. It was noted that the seedlings were severely injured to wilt with 100μg/ml of the surfactant.
