Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Phytophthora capsiciの遊走子, 鞭毛および被のう時にみられる鞭毛の変化について, 電子顕微鏡による観察を行なった。遊走子は1層の原形質膜から成り, 細胞壁は有しない。内部には1個の大きな核をもち, 小胞体(ER)やミトコンドリアがよく発達している。また, 多数の脂質顆粒を有し, その附近ではとくにクリステのよく発達したミトコンドリアが多数存在し, それらをERが幾重にも取り囲んで, 活発な代謝活動の行なわれている様相を示していた。このほか, 未知の小胞や液胞状の構造も多数認められ, 遊走子の微細構造はすこぶる複雑である。鞭毛はムチ型およびブラシ型の各1本を有し, 典型的な9+2構造から成っているらしい。被のうが近づく際, 鞭毛にみられるふくらみ(小球体)は特別の内部構造のない膜質で, その内部で鞭毛がコイル状に巻き上っていることが多い。この鞭毛のふくらみは収縮胞の機能の低下にもとづく膨圧の高まりによって生じたものと推察される。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The fine structure of the zoospores of Phytophthora capsici and their flagella was reported. The zoospore is enveloped with a plasma membrane. In the cytoplasm, one nucleus, many endoplasmic reticula, mitochondria, unknown small vesicles, and the large electron-dense vesicles which are probably lipid bodies are observed. Especially around the lipid bodies, endoplasmic reticula and mitochondria with many regularly arranged cristae are well developed. The phenomenon is supposed to show that the energy-generating system for swimming is activated in the area. The zoospore have two flagella of two types, tinsel and whiplash; the former is characterized by lateral hairs around the flagellum, and the latter by the thin tip of the flagellum without hair. Electron micrographs demonstrate that the flagellum of the zoospore is evidently composed of eleven filaments as has been recognized to be \"9+2 structure\", the basic structure of flagellum throughout the living organisms, Just before encystment as the zoospore round itself up, the puddle-like structure (swelling) of the flagellum is often recognized. In most case, the coiling of flagellar axis is observed inside of the puddle-like structure. The membane of the structure is presumably drived from the flagellar sheath. The formation of the puddle-like structure may be caused by the excess of the turgor pressure of the degenerate cell in which the osmoregulatory mechanism has been impaired.
