Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"酸茎菜は京都の特産蔬菜で,蕪菁の一種であるが, その固有の歴史と伝統によって日本蔬菜園芸史上極めてユニークな存在として知見されている。本種は近郊蔬菜地域をもつ京都にあって明治以後における都市近代的発展に伴い, 著しく局地化した特殊な経営体制のもとで依然として農業的生産機能を保持しつつある蔬菜であり, ひとり農業上のみならず地理的分布からも, 経済的な立場からも甚だ興味ある作物である。現在の栽培種は, 明治以降における増産系統の作出を目的とした改良が雑然と行なわれた結果, 形態的はもとより, 質的にも劣悪な系統に分化してきた。その結果, 消費者の要求と合致しなくなった。よって, 優良系統の積極的な選抜, 採種, 農業経済的栽培法の改良などを栽培者に指示する必要にせまられ, 先づ系統についての調査することを目的としたものである。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Brassica Rape L. var. neosuguki Kitamura, a species of Brassica Rape L., is a kind of vegetable peculiar to Kyoto. In spite of rapid urbanization which has been in progress around Kyoto since Meiji era, this crop is still holding agricultural status. And this is a very interesting crop from the view point of farmrunning. The strain cultivated at present is due to a breeding process by natural crossing which was carried on since Meiji to get strain good in harvest. In consequence it has been differentiated into a strain morphologically and qualitatively inferior which cannot cater for consumers' taste. Thus it became necessary to instruct cultivators in selection of excellent strain, seeding, and improvement of cultivating method which pays.
