Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究はPhytophthora capsici Leon.の遊走子のう形成に対するriboflavinの促進効果とその発現に対する光の作用を調べたものである。酵母エキス中のvitamin B群のうちでrivoflavinがもっとも遊走子のう形成に効果を示したが, この効果は暗所でないと現われない。照明下ではむしろ形成に対して阻害的に働く。この阻害的な働きは照明中にriboflavinが光によって分解した結果生ずる物質によるものと考えられ, pHが酸性になるほどいちじるしい。一方riboflavinのもつ形成促進効果はflavin酵素系との関連を示唆する如く, FAD, FMNによっても同程度の効果が惹き起こさせる。しかしこの作用は遊走子のう形成のための代謝に対する触媒的なものであって, 形成のための素材を提供するものでない。菌の生育のもっともよい温度条件において効果がもっともあらわれやすい。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The stimultory effect of riboflavin on the zoosporangia formation of Phytophthora capsici Leon. (stock No. 6) were studied under light and dark conditions. Among vitamin B groups contained in yeast extract, riboflavin is the most effective one for stimulating the zoosporangia production of the fungus. This effect was much remarkable at higher concentrations of riboflavin in dark, but was suppressed by exposing to light. When the media containing riboflavin was exposed to fluorescent lamp for 7 days, before inoculation of the fungus, the stimulatory effect fell down to one-3rd of the non-exposed control, suggesting that acts as an inhibitor for the zoosporangia production. On the oatmeal decoction agar media of acidic side, riboflavin stimulated the sporulation in dark, but inhibited it in light. But on the neutral and weak alkali media of same components the riboflavin effect were entirely reversed. As FAD and FMN showed the same effect as riboflavin, it was assumed that flavin enzyme system might be intimately related to the stimulatory effect.
