Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"冷蔵中および冷蔵卵蔵出し後における卵質の変化を調査する目的で本試験を行なった。シェーバー種産卵鶏の産んだ産卵当日の鶏卵を5ケ月間室温1℃温度70%の冷蔵庫に冷蔵し15日毎に卵質変化を調査した。気室の深さおよび直径, 卵白高そしてHaugh unitは最初の1ヶ月間急激に変化するが, その後の変化は比較的ゆるやかであった。卵重及び比重の変化は冷蔵期間中を通じて直線的に減少し, 冷蔵5ヶ月間の卵重減少率は, 3.2%であった。しかしながら卵黄高, 卵黄直径及び卵黄係数は殆んど変化しなかった。1・2・3・4および5ヶ月冷蔵した冷蔵卵を冷蔵庫より蔵出して後, 30℃の恒温器内に置き1日目より22日目まで3日毎に蔵出し後の卵質変化を調査した。対照区として新鮮卵も恒温器内に置き同様に調査した。冷蔵卵の比重, 卵白高, Haugh unitは, 冷蔵中に変化しているため蔵出し後における変化は, むしろ新鮮卵の方が顕著であり, 10日以後の変化は冷蔵卵も新鮮卵も殆んど同じであった。新鮮卵と冷蔵卵の間の卵黄高・卵黄直径及び卵黄係数の変化は殆んど同じ傾向であった。冷蔵卵は蔵出し後早いもので7日目より, 全体的には13日目より腐敗卵が見られた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"A study was made to investigate the decline of egg qualities during cold strage for five months and after removing from strage chamber.
