Agriculture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"F_1採種能率向上のための材料として, トウガラシの遺伝的雄性不稔系を導入して育成した系統について, 主として生殖器官についての形態学的観察を行なつた。雄性不稔個体は正常個体に比べて雄ずいのみが著しく矮小となり退化していた。他の器官にはほとんど差がみられなかつた。花粉の退化は花粉母細胞の減数分裂の前頃から始まり, 葯の発育もこの頃から低下する。雄性不稔の発現型には, 栽培全期間にわたつて完全な不稔を示すものと, 7月から9月にかけての高温期には完全な不稔になるが生育初期および後期の低温期には健全な花粉を蔵するものとの2型があり, これらの個体比は雄性不稔の系統によつて異なる。正常個体と雄性不稔個体とを1列おきに混植して自然交雑授粉させて得た果実は, 正常個体の自然授粉による果実および雄性不稔個体の人工交雑授粉による果実に比較して, 形状, 大きさおよび1果内種子数のいずれについても大差がなかつた。この結果から, 混植によつてF_1種子の自然採種が可能であると思われるとともに, 表現型に不稔形質があらわれる遺伝的組合せのF_1でも実際栽培に利用しうるものと考えられる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The stamens of male sterile pepper were remarkably small and functionless. Degeneration of pollen and deterioration of anther has been originated at the stage before meiosis of pollen mother cells. Two types of male sterile expression were found. One of them (S_1 type) was perfectly male sterile in all season, however, another type (S_2 type) produced normal pollen grains in cool season. There were no difference in size, shape and seed setting of fruits among normal and male sterile plants which was pollinated artificially or naturally in mixed planting condition.
