LUDWIGの結論にほぼ一致する(Fig. 1)。また収縮あるいは膨脹率と温度との関係は(1)式で(Fig. 2), 温度および含水率との関係は(2)式で与えることができる(Fig. 4)。2)生材乾燥では平均含水率70∿80%で収縮が始まり(Fig. 5), その収縮速度は水分傾斜による収縮抵抗と乾燥速度の相互作用に依存する。3)クリープ・コンプライアンスの時間的経過は(4)式で与えることができ, そのパラメータJ_0およびaは含水率に比例して直線的に増加する(Fig. 6)。4)乾燥試験片の応力緩和は平衡水分のそれに比較して著しく進行するが, この現象は表面層のsetないしは塑性に起因すると考えられる。, The variation and the magnitude of drying stress during kiln drying depend on the changes of physical and mechanical properties of wood with drying process. This investigation was made on the effects of the temperatures and the moisture contents on physical and mechanical properties of wood related to the drying stress. The specimens of Hinoki (Chamaecyparis obtusa) and Buna (Fagus crenata) were used. The results obtained are as follows : 1) The changes of the normal shrinkage (and or swelling) with temperatures are consistent with K, LUDWIG'S result (Fig. 1). The relations between shrinkage (and or swelling) and temperatures, moisture contents are expressed by the equation (1) and (2). 2) The shrinkage of green wood in drying process occured below the average moisture contents of 70∿80%, and the rate of shrinkage is surely influenced by the relations between the rate of drying and the moisture gradient. 3) The time dependence of creep compliance are given by equation (4), parameters (J_0,a) in equation (4) increase almost linearly with increment of moisture contents (Fig. 6). 4) As shown in Fig. 8,the stress of the dry specimen decreases markedly with drying process as compared with air dry and green, so it is supposed that this phenomenon is presumably caused by the setting on wood-surface.}, pages = {85--91}, title = {乾燥応力に関連する木材の物理的, 機械的性質(林学部門)}, volume = {14}, year = {1962}, yomi = {フクヤマ, マンジロウ} }
