| 内容記述 | 1.本実験はカイネチンが園芸作物の生育に及ぼす影響について調査をおこなった。2.ホウレンソウの高温期栽培に於けるカイネチンの効果はジベレリンの如き黄化葉にならず, その上葉間がつまり商品としての価値が高くなり, 1.0ppm水溶液浸漬処理により, また0.25ppm水溶液葉面撒布により草丈, 葉数および生体重が増加し, 抽苔抑制にも相当の効果が認められた。3.廿日大根の如き短期作物の根菜類に及ぼすカイネチンの効果は特に大きく, 1.0ppm水溶液種子浸漬処理24時間でカイネチンの実用価値が認められた。4.秋大根宮重大根に於けるカイネチンの効果は晩生系の様相を呈し, 0.5ppm水溶液の種子浸漬処理により根部の肥大増加, 根部重の増加および耐寒性の増加等が認められた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. The present paper deals with the experiment to investigate the effect of Kinetin on the growth of horticulture crops. 2. Kinetin was effective on the long standing spinach cultivated in high temperature. By soaking the seed in the solution of Kinetin of 1.0ppm and also by foliar spray of Kinetin 0.25ppm solution, the number of leaves, the length and flesh-weight were increased. Besides, bolting was belated by it. 3. Kinetine was effective on the Radish. In the case of such short-period crop as the Radish (Hatsuka Daikon), Kinetin was much more effective. By soaking the seed in the solution of Kinetin of 1.0ppm, the practical value of Kinetin was clearly recognized. 4. In the case of Radish (Miyashige), the growth was promoted and the root-weight and the hardness were increased by the use of Kinetin. | |||||
