| 内容記述 | The present situation of the extension service of agricultural Cooperative association and the obstacles to its develapment inside the agricultural cooperative are examined in this paper. The agricultural cooperative association made a restart in 1948 intending to expand and streng-then the extension service in order to improve the members' farm management directly. However, It has been inactive in comparison with other activities such as credit, marketing and parchasing in the agricultural cooperative. The inner obstacles to the extension activity are as follows : 1. The manager and members of agricultmal cooperative have little understanding of the significance of extension service as one of the function of agricultural cooperative. 2. The present organization of agricultural cooperatine cannot adapt its activity to the new development of farm management. 3. The size of unit agricultural cooperatiue is too small to obtain the fund necessary for developng the extension service. 4. Most of the members of agricultwal cooperative are so old and conservative that they have little interest in improving their farm management. | |||||||||||||
