| 内容記述 | 新鮮牛脳脂質を溶媒抽出によつてアセトン可溶脂質, 燐脂質, スフィンゴ脂質および蛋白脂質の4画分に分別した。アセトン可溶脂質画分および燐脂質画分はSilica gelカラムによつてそれぞれ脂質成分を分析した。燐脂質画分からはさらにphosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl ethanolamineおよびinositol phosphatideを溶媒分別によつて単離し, またスフィンゴ脂質画分からはsphingomyelin, cerebrosideおよびgangliosideを純粋単離した。得られた成分脂質の構成脂肪酸をブロマゾン法およびその2次元法によるペーパークロマトグラフィーで分析し, 新しい構成脂肪酸を検出すると同時に各脂質間の脂肪酸分布を検討して新知見を得た。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Fresh beef brain liplds are fractionated to four fractions of acetone soluble lipids, phospholipids, sphingolipids, and proteolipids by the solvent extractions. The component lipids of the acetone soluble lipid and the phospholipid fraction are separated by silica-gel column chromatography. Phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, and inositol phosphatide are also obtained from the phospholipid fraction by the solvent isolations, and cerebroside, sphingomyelin, and ganglioside from the sphingolipid fraction. The component fatty acids of the pure isolated lipids are analysed by paper chromatography using p-bromophenacyl ester・2,4-dinitrophenyl-hydrzaones of fatty acids. Some new informations on the distributions of fatty acids in the component lipids of beef brain are obtained from the results. | |||||
