| 内容記述 | 酢酸第二水銀付加グリセリドを試料とし, 溶媒系として酢酸メチルーメタノール-酢酸-石油炭化水素, メタノール-酢酸-石油炭化水素, メタノール-酢酸-テトラリンで展開するグリセリドのペーパークロマトグラフィーは不飽和トリグリセリドをよく相互分離し, 天然油脂の分析に有用であることが判つた。このペーパークロマトグラムの溶媒抽出による分別定量法及び酢酸第二水銀付加グリセリドの珪酸カラムクロマトグラフィーによる分別定量法をナンキンハゼ(Sapium sebiferum Roxb.)種子油(皮油)の分析に応用し好結果を得た。特に後者は有用な方法であつた。又グリセリドの簡易分別定量法として, ペーパークロマトグラムをズダンブラックB呈色し, デンシトメーターによつて得られる吸光度-R_F曲線からグリセリド組成を算出する方法も試みた。本研究に当り御懇篤なる御指導を賜つた京都大学農学部井上教授並に京都府立大学農学部野田教授に対し深甚の謝意を表する。(この報告の一部は1958年11月の日本油化学協会油脂討論会及び1959年4月の日本農芸化学大会で講演した)。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A paper chromatographic method of glycerides as their mercuric acetate addition compounds was found to be useful for the separations of unsaturated triglycerides in natural fats, using solvent systems methyl acetate-methanol-acetic acid-petroleum hydrocarbon, methanol-acetic acid-petroleum hydrocarbon, and methanol-acetic acid-tetralin. An analytical technique by extracting the spots on the paper chromatogram and a column chromatographic method of the mercuric acetate addition glycerides were succesfully applied for the quantitative analysis of vegetable tallow, Sapium sebiferum Roxb., and it was found to be more usefull in the latter method than the former. A simple technique of component glyceride analyses in natural fat was also carried out on the paper with the aid of the absorbance of the paper chromatogram estimated by densitometer. | |||||
