| 内容記述 | 1)本報文はPhytophthora capsici LEON.菌游走子嚢発芽の2型の発現に及ぼす麦芽糖, Xylose, Galactose, 可溶性澱粉の影響について実験をおこなつた。結果を報告した。2) 4種の炭素源の各種濃度の水溶液において, 間接発芽は何れも抑制せられたが, 直接発芽は就中Xylose, Galactose及び可溶性澱粉の20℃区において促進的影響が顕著であつた。3)麦芽糖における間接発芽は, 0.25モル濃度において抑制の影響が著しいが, 0.5モル濃度では全然認められなかつた。4) Xylose及びGalactoseにおける間接発芽は, 0.5モル濃度でも認められたが, かなり抑制の影響が認められ, 間接発芽率が減少している。これ等の間接発芽の中には, 游走子嚢の乳頭突起が不開口のまま, 游走子の分化が明かにおこつているものがかなり多かつた。5)可溶性澱粉における間接発芽は, 0.5モル濃度において26℃区では認められなかつたが, 20℃区では僅かに2.9%が認められた。しかし後者の間接発芽はすべて乳頭突起不開口のままの游走子分化が明らかなもののみであつた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. The present paper deals with the results of experiments on the influence of some carbohydrates, maltose, xylose, galactose and soluble starch upon indirect and direct sporangial germination of Phytophthora capsici LEONIAN. 2. The concentrations of the carbohydrates used in this study were as follows : 0.01,0.05,0.1,0.25,and 0.5 mols. 3. The indirect germination of sporangia was retarded in the solutions of various concentrations of the carbohydrates. The direct germination of sporangia was accelerated conspicuously in the solutions of xylose, galactose, and soluble starch at 20℃. 4. In the solution of xylose, the indirect germinaton of sporangia was retarded at the concentrations of 0.25mol, but was inhibited entirely at the concentration of 0.5mol. 5. In the solutions of xylose and galactose, the effect of repression of the indirect germination was plainly visible at the concentration of 0.5mol, and that some sporangia, remaining perfectly papilla, showed internal zoospore differentiation. 6. In the solution of soluble starch, the indirect germinaton was not observed at the concentration of 0.5mol and at 26℃, but at 20℃ some 2.9 percent of the spores showed zoospore differention with in the sporangia as mentioned in the above paragraph. | |||||
