内容記述 | 1.煮茶葉培地ではGT及びGC分生胞子は10日間の培養で多数形成され, G2及びGUは16日以内に胞子形成の初期がある。2. G2は遮光条件下でも煮茶葉培地及び燕麦粉煎汁寒天培地において胞子形成が可能であり, 日光の照射をうけなければ胞子形成が不可能な馬鈴薯煎汁寒天培地上のG2菌叢に電燈光線を照射することによつて少数の胞子を形成せしめた。3. GT胞子は蒸溜水にglucoseを添加すると発芽が著るしく促進された。4. GTの茶葉上の胞子発芽及び侵入は接種24時間後には発芽管が伸展し, 細胞縫合部上に附着器を少数形成したがなお侵入していない。そして72時間後には表皮細胞に穿入糸を認め, 96∿120時間後には細胞内へ侵入して感染菌糸嚢を形成する。附着器の形成は葉下面の方が上面よりも良好であつた。5. GC分生胞子はスライドグラス上で6時間後には発芽約13%, 附着器形成極小数, 12時間後には発芽約54%, 附着器形成約10%を示した。6. GC分生胞子の茶葉上の発芽及び侵入は接種12時間後に多数の胞子が発芽し, 細胞縫合部上に附着器を形成した。24時間後には表皮細胞に侵入を認め, 72∿120時間後には柵状組織細胞への侵入を示した。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

内容記述 | 1. This paper deals with the result of the experiments on the sporulation, germination, infection and invasion of tea leaves by conidia of the anthracnose fungi. On the autoclaved tea leaves cultures of Gloeosporium Theae-sinensis MIYAKE (GT) and Glomerella cingulata (STONEM.) S. & v. S. (GC) produced abundant conidia in 10 days, however Glomerella sp. (G2) and Guignardia Camelliae (COOKE) BUTLER (GU) showed only initiation of spore formation within 16 days. 2. On the autoclaved tea leaves and oat meal agar medium G2 fungus sporulated without exposure to subdue radiation of the sun-light, however on the potato extract agar medium the fungus required sun-light for the conidial production. On the potato extract agar medium, the sporulation of G2 fungus may be induced by the electric-light used as a substitute. 3. By adding glucose to distilled water the germination of conidia of GT fungus was accelerated. 4. The conidia of GT fungus germinated on tea leaves, and a few appressoria were formed within 24 hours after inoculation. The formation of appressorium was visible mostly on the sutural portion of epidermal cells. In the materials fixed 72 hours after inoculation, the infection hyphae was observed in epidermal cell, and in the stage of 96∿120 hours after inoculation, a vesicle-like body was formed in the tip of infection hyphae. On the tea leaves the appressorium formation of GT fungus was more common on the under side of leaves than on the upper side. 5. On the conidial germination of GC fungus on slide glass the percentages were about 13 and 54 for 6 hours and 12 hours respectively. Although there was only a few appressoria in 6 hours after inoculation, but they reached about 10% after 12 hours. On the tea leaves conidia of GC fungus germinated and formed appressoria within 12 hours after inoculation, and they were observed on the sutural portion of epidermal cells like in GT fungus. In the materials fixed 24 hours after inoculation the fungus hyphae was found to have infected the epidermal cell, which after 72∿120 hours hyphae penetrated the palisade cells. | |||||||||||||||||||||
