内容記述 | (1)キクの品種「新世紀」を用い, 生長調整剤撒布による生育および開花に及ぼす影響を研究した。(2)生長調整剤としてはNAA, IAA, MH, TIBAおよびGBの5種類を用い, NAAは25,50,100ppm, IAAは100,250,500ppm, MHは25,50ppm, TIBAは10,25,50ppm, GBは25,50,100ppmの水溶液を7月下旬から9月下旬まで3日置きに葉面撒布した。(3) IAA 500ppm区の開花抑制は明らかであつたが, IAAおよびNAAの他濃度処理は顕著な抑制効果は認められなかつた。(4) MHは低濃度処理ではキクには抑制効果が認められない。(5) TIBAの50ppm処理区は明らかに草丈の伸長は抑制されたが, 開花には抑制効果は見られなかつた。これは処理中止後の花芽分化が急速に発展することによるものである。(6) GBはキクについては明らかに促進効果が認められ, 草丈の伸長, 花芽分化および開花現象ともに促進されることが解つた。(7)以上のことからキク「新世紀」に於ては生長および開花の抑制効果はIAAの高濃度撒布により, 促進効果としてはGBの撒布により認められ, 今後撒布時期, 薬剤濃度を検討することにより実用化されるであろう。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

内容記述 | Recent studies on the physiology of flowering clarified that the growth regulating substance of higher plants is the so called Florigen, but the attempt to extract Florigen has not been successful yet. By further studies, however, it has been proved that this substance is merely one of antiauxins. BONNER, THUROW (1949), DENFFER (1950) etc. made their experiments in the field of pure plant physiology, clarifying that the excess of Auxin would prolong the flowering period. As for horticultural reports on this matter we have only one report given by TSUKAMOTO (1955), in which experiment Chrisanthemum is chosen as the material and IAA and NAA are employed. The purpose of this experiment is to know what differences will appear from the influences of the variation of the growth regulating substances which are applied to the growth and flowering of chrisanthemum, and in carrying on this experiment GB, IAA, NAA, TIBA and MH were employed. The cutting of Chrisanthemum was taken on the 30th of April in 1958; its planting was made on the 12th of June; the variety used was "Shinseiki". The growth regulating substances herein employed were IAA 100,250,500,NAA 25,50,100,GB 25,50,100,MH 25,50,TIBA 10,25,50ppm in high density. The spray of the growth regulating substance started on the 25th of July and continued till the 22nd of September, the treatments being made every three days. 1) In the lot of IAA 500ppm treatment, there was clearly recognized the prolonging of the flowering period, but no effects of NAA treatment. 2) In the lot of MH treatment in low density, no prolonging effects to chrisanthemum were recognized. 3) In the lot of TIBA 500ppm treatment there was clearly recognized the polonging of the growth of stem-length, but no significant difference among the lots in the prolonging effect to flowering. 4) It was clafified the GB treatment would promote the growth of stem-length, bud-formation and flower-blooming, too. | |||||||||||||||||||||
