That is, attempt was made to examine yellowing when each of sodium laurylsulfate, sodium sulfate, and carboxy-methyl cellulose (CMC) was added to the color substances tyrosine, tryptophan, and their mixed aqueous solutions under ultraviolet irradiation (2573 Å).
